Before anyone logs into the new platform, get specific about why you’re implementing it – and be honest that “success” looks different depending on what and how you hire.
A manufacturer running high-volume plant hiring cares about speed and eligibility screening at scale. A bank cares just as much about consistency and compliance as it does about time-to-hire. An IT services firm hiring hundreds of engineers a quarter needs skills-based screening that actually holds up.
Pick your top two or three goals, attach numbers to them, and be specific about which part of the funnel they apply to.
